7 Days Yoga & Mountain sports retreat in Bansko, Bulgaria

The retreat is meant to promote healthy lifestyle by giving the best example of such – outdoor sports and sports conditioning programs, yoga for the body and mind, fresh and organic food and proper relaxation. On this trip you will hike mountains, climb, bike, do push-ups and planks, but also enjoy restorative yoga sessions, swim in a thermal pool, have a massage, chill at the sun and experience life to the fullest. We believe that contact with Nature makes us healthier, happier and stronger in overcoming the difficulties of daily life. Here we have built a small paradise where you can find peace and spend time working on yourself, try new things and meet new friends.

Why Bansko

Bansko is a picturesque town located in the foothills of Pirin natural reserve. Its beauty and natural treasures –  thousand years old forests, mountain lakes, mighty peaks, thermal springs, wild berries  make of it a peace of  paradise on earth. In summer it is sunny and quiet and it is a perfect place for a break from the city madness, connection with nature and self-discovery. Bansko provides all the tools to achieve a perfect balance of active and passive aspects of energy. We encourage our guests to maintain this balance by combining physical activity and relaxation practices.  How about having a great workout for the body and soul in the mountains and then relax in a thermal pool, go to a music festival or have a massage by a professional physio?

Chalet Isabella

The house combines the traditional alpine style exterior with original features such as a large open log fire, restored wooden flooring and exposed beams, creating a warm, homely ambiance – designed to inspire comfort and relaxation. Three rooms have private balconies with views across to the mountains, with a further balcony located off the lounge. To the rear of the chalet is a decked area with an outdoor hot tub and a large enclosed garden to practice yoga or just chill in the sun.
